Cloud VMs

IBEE Solutions VMs are KVM-based virtual machines you can deploy in minutes from the IBEE Solutions portal, the ibee CLI, or the API. Pick a location, plan, operating system, and network — your server is provisioned with a root disk, a bandwidth allowance, and either a public IP or a private VPC interface.

New here? Follow the 5-minute Launch your first VM quickstart.

What you can do

  • Deploy general-purpose servers (Linux or Windows) in supported regions — up to 5 identical VMs at once.
  • Pay Hourly, or commit Monthly or Yearly where the plan offers it.
  • Connect with a public IP, or put the VM in a VPC with Private + NAT or Private only networking. Attach Reserved IPs and protect it with a firewall group.
  • Change plans without rebuilding — upgrade CPU, RAM, and disk, or downgrade CPU and RAM.
  • Manage SSH keys, password login, and password resets from Settings → Access.
  • Attach block storage volumes for persistent data outside the root disk.
  • Take snapshots as on-demand recovery points, or schedule automated backups.
  • Restore in place, restore a single disk, or create a new VM from any recovery point.
  • Monitor CPU, memory, storage, disk I/O, and network throughput in the portal.
  • Automate the public VM create, read, power, metrics, and delete operations via the ibee CLI and the IBEE Solutions API.

Instance families

Two families are available — choose by workload profile, then pick a size within the family.

FamilyUse case
Standard VMsBalanced vCPU and memory for everyday production workloads — web apps, SaaS, APIs, small to medium databases.
Performance VMsCompute-optimized with higher CPU density — high-traffic web servers, gaming, batch processing, distributed systems.

For accelerated workloads (training, inference, rendering), see GPU VMs.

Regions and locations

Cloud VMs are available in the Asia region, in data centers in Amaravati and Hyderabad, India. The Deploy page lists the locations open to your organization.

See Regions and locations for the full availability matrix.

Browser console access to VMs isn’t available in the portal yet. Use SSH or RDP with the details under Overview → Connection Details, and Settings → Access to recover SSH access.
