Dashboard & Navigation
The IBEE Solutions portal is organized around organizations and workspaces. Sign in, pick an organization, then pick a workspace to access resources. Billing, team management, and settings live at the organization level; compute, storage, and networking live inside workspaces.
Organizations page
After sign-in, the portal shows the Organizations page. Each organization card displays:
- The organization name
- An account-type tag (e.g. Individual or Business)
- The billing currency (e.g. INR)
Click a card to open the organization. To create a new one, click Create Organization in the top right. See Create an organization.
The page also shows:
- Pending invitations from other organizations, with Accept and Decline buttons. See Accepting an invitation.
- Your organization usage, for example “1 of 3 owned organizations used. Joined 2 of 20 organizations.” See Organization limits.
If you don’t belong to any organization yet, the page shows No organizations yet and a Create New Organization button.
Workspaces page
Inside an organization, the Workspaces page lists all workspaces and shows how many are in use (for example “3 of 5 workspaces used”). Every new organization starts with three workspaces: production, dev, and stage. Each card shows:
- The workspace name (click the pencil icon to rename)
- A type tag: Production, Dev, Stage, or Custom
Click a workspace card to enter it. The portal opens the first resource page (Bare Metal Servers) directly.
Only organization Admins can create or rename workspaces. Workspaces can’t be deleted from the portal.
Create a workspace
Click Create Workspace in the top right. In the dialog, set:
- Type (required) — Production (default), Dev, or Stage
- Name (optional) — defaults to the type name (e.g. “production”)
Click Create workspace to confirm. The portal navigates straight to the new workspace’s resource page.
Each organization supports up to 5 workspaces, including the three default ones. For a higher limit, contact support@ibee.ai.
The sidebar
The sidebar changes depending on whether the current view is at the organization level or inside a workspace. There is no separate dashboard page — after you choose an organization, you land on its Workspaces page.
Organization-level sidebar
Visible on the Workspaces page and organization settings:
- Organization — Workspaces, Organization Details, Team, API Tokens, Activity Logs
- Billing — Summary, Usage, Invoices, Payment Method, Usage Limits
Workspace-level sidebar
Visible inside a workspace:
- Infrastructure — Bare Metal Servers, GPU VMs, Cloud VMs, Object Storage, Block Storage, Container Registry
- Network & Security — VPC, Reserved IPs, Load Balancer, DNS, CDN, Firewalls, SSL Certificates
- Tools — Backups, Snapshots, ISOs, SSH Keys, Email Service, Secret Manager
- Workspace — Workspace Details (returns to the Workspaces list)
- Organization and Billing — the same organization-level links as above, so Team, API Tokens, and billing pages are always one click away
Some products are enabled for organizations in stages, so your sidebar may not show every item listed here. Your access role also hides pages you can’t use — for example, Billing members see only the Billing section. See Team members & access roles.
Switching organizations and workspaces
The top bar shows a breadcrumb-style switcher: Organization ▾ / Workspace ▾. Click either chevron to open a two-column panel:
- Left column (Organizations) — search and select any organization. Includes All Organizations and New Organization links.
- Right column (Workspaces) — search and select a workspace within the current organization. Includes All Workspaces and New Workspace links.
Selecting an organization opens its Workspaces page. Selecting a workspace opens its resources.
Billing at a glance
To check spending, open Billing → Summary for this month’s usage charges, or Billing → Payment Method for your wallet balances and to purchase credits. See Add billing.
Top bar
Every page includes a persistent top bar with:
- The organization / workspace switcher (breadcrumb dropdown)
- Support — opens the Support Center for the current organization. See Contact Support.
- Help (question-mark icon) — the Need help? menu with Feedback, Documentation, Changelog, and Status links
- Notifications (bell icon)
- Account menu (avatar) in the top right — View Profile opens your user settings, including account security; Logout signs you out
The Support link appears only for roles that can open support requests (Admin and Technical).
Navigation flow summary
Organization-level pages (Billing, Team, API Tokens, Activity Logs) are accessible from the organization sidebar without entering a workspace.
