Dashboard

The IBEE Cloud dashboard is the web control panel for your account. After you sign in you land on the Projects page, pick a project, and work inside that project’s dashboard — where you manage resources, track credits and billing, and raise support requests. Everything in IBEE Cloud is scoped to a project, and you switch projects from a dropdown in the top bar.

Projects come first

When you sign in, IBEE Cloud shows the Projects page — “Select a project to access services and manage resources.” Each project is an isolated workspace with its own resources, billing, and team.

Each project card shows:

  • The project name
  • An account-type tag (e.g. Individual)
  • The billing currency (e.g. INR)
  • The number of members on the project

Click a project card to open its dashboard. To start a new workspace, click Create Project in the top right. See Create a project.

You need at least one project before you can provision any resource. If your account has multiple projects, they each keep separate resources and billing.

Switch between projects

Inside a project, the top bar shows the project switcher — the project-name dropdown next to the IBEE Solutions logo. Click it to jump to another project without returning to the Projects page.

This is the fastest way to move between workspaces — for example, between a personal project and a team project.

The project dashboard

Opening a project takes you to its Dashboard at portal.ibee.ai/p/{project_id}/dashboard — an “Overview of credits, billing, and recent support activity.”

The dashboard has three cards:

Invoices not paidOutstanding invoices for the project. Show all opens the full list. Shows “No invoices yet.” when there are none.
Latest requestsRecent support requests. Create request opens a new ticket; Show all lists every request. Shows “No support requests yet.” when there are none.

If your Wallet balance is ₹0.00, the dashboard shows “please add credits.” Add credits before provisioning paid resources — click Purchase credits. See Billing.

The project sidebar

The left sidebar groups everything you can manage inside a project:

  • The project switcher (project-name dropdown) for changing projects
  • Feedback to send product feedback
  • The help and notifications icons
  • Your account menu (avatar) in the top right

FAQ

How do I switch projects? Click the project-name dropdown next to the IBEE Solutions logo in the top bar, then choose another project. You can also return to the Projects page and pick a different card.

Why does the dashboard say “please add credits”? Your project wallet balance is ₹0.00. Click Purchase credits to add funds before provisioning paid resources.

Where are my invoices and usage? Open the Billing group in the sidebar for Summary, Invoices, Payment Method, and Usage Limits. The dashboard’s Invoices not paid card also links to outstanding invoices.
