# Support

> Get help from IBEE Solutions — open a Technical Support request from the portal Support Center, find organization and billing settings, and track every request in one place.

The **Support Center** is where you ask the IBEE team for help — a server that's down, a bucket you can't reach, or a question about your account. Open a request, attach context, and follow it through to resolution from the same screen.

Open the Support Center by clicking **Support** in the portal's top bar, or go to `portal.ibee.ai/organizations/{orgId}/support`. Support is available to **Admin** and **Technical** members — see [Team members & access roles](/docs/platform-fundamentals/team-members-access-roles).

## Choose a category

The Support Center landing page shows three categories. Only **Technical Support** opens a request form; the other two take you to the self-service page for that area.

#### Organization Support

#### Billing Support

#### Technical Support

To raise a billing or account question with the support team, open **Technical Support** and choose the **Others** product ("General enquiries, billing, account & anything else"). See [Create a request](/docs/support/create-a-request) for the full form.

## My Requests

Below the categories, the **My Requests** card opens the list of every request raised in your organization at `portal.ibee.ai/organizations/{orgId}/support/request/all`.

Each row shows the request subject, ticket number, who created it, the related resource (if any), how long ago it was opened, and its priority and status. Use **Search requests...** to find a request, and the filters to narrow by **Status**, **Priority**, or time (**Today**, **Yesterday**, **This Week**, or a custom range).

| Status | Meaning |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Created** | Request received |
| **Assigned** | An engineer has picked up the request |
| **In Progress** | The support team is working on it |
| **Waiting for User** | The support team replied and needs your response |
| **Resolved** | The issue is resolved |
| **Closed** | The request is closed |

Click any row to open the request: the message thread, the **Issue Details** you submitted, and a **Reply** option. A resolved or closed request can be reopened with **Reopen ticket** so you can reply again; if it was closed too long ago, create a new request instead.

## Response expectations

You set the priority when you submit a request. Higher-priority requests are reviewed first.

| Priority | Use when |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Low** | Question or minor issue with no business impact |
| **Medium** | Standard issue with no immediate business impact (default) |
| **High** | Significant impact requiring prompt attention |
| **Urgent** | Critical — service is down or severely degraded |

> **Info**
>
> For fastest response on critical issues, set priority to **Urgent** and include error logs or screenshots in your request.
