# Organization Settings

> View and edit your IBEE Solutions organization's details — name, type, legal name, billing address, and tax information (GST, VAT, or sales tax) — from the Organization Details page.

The **Organization Details** page holds the information IBEE uses to identify your organization and to prepare billing documents: the organization name, type, legal name, billing address, and tax information. You enter these details when you [create the organization](/docs/getting-started/account-setup/create-an-organization) and can update most of them later.

## Open Organization Details

In the portal sidebar, click **Organization Details** under **Organization**. The page is available from the Workspaces page and from inside any workspace.

## Who can view and edit

| Role                                    | Access                                                 |
| --------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Admin** (including the primary owner) | View and edit                                          |
| **Technical**, **Collaborator**         | View only                                              |
| **Billing**                             | Not available — Billing members see only billing pages |

## What the page shows

| Field                                       | Notes                                                                                                 |
| ------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Organization ID**                         | Unique ID of the organization. Cannot be changed.                                                     |
| **Organization Name**                       | The nickname shown in your organization list and switcher                                             |
| **Organization Type**                       | **Business** or **Individual**                                                                        |
| **Currency**                                | Set automatically from the billing country. Cannot be edited here.                                    |
| **Legal Business Name** / **Full Name**     | The name printed on invoices — the legal entity name for a Business, your full name for an Individual |
| **Business Address** / **Personal Address** | The billing address used on invoices                                                                  |
| **Tax Information**                         | GST, VAT, or sales tax number used on billing documents                                               |

## Edit organization details

### Start editing

On **Organization Details**, click **Edit**.

### Update the fields

Change the organization name, organization type, legal name, address, or tax information as needed. The organization ID and currency stay read-only.

### Add or update tax information

Under **Tax Information**, choose the tax type — **GST**, **VAT**, or **Sales Tax** — and enter your number. For GST, the portal verifies the GSTIN against government records and flags a mismatch between the registered company name and the name on your organization.

### Save

Click **Save**. Click **Cancel** to discard your changes.
