Review per-product quotas for compute, storage, networking, and account resources, and learn how to request an increase. Every IBEE Solutions organization has default resource limits. These limits apply **per organization** unless noted otherwise. The default limits are listed in the portal under **Billing → Usage Limits**. ## Organization limits These limits apply to your login rather than to a single organization: | Limit | Default | Adjustable | | -------------------------------------------- | ------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- | | Organizations you own | 3 | Yes — [request more organizations](#request-more-organizations) | | Organizations you've joined as a team member | 20 | No | The **Organizations** page shows your usage, for example *"1 of 3 owned organizations used. Joined 2 of 20 organizations."* When you reach the owned-organization limit, the **Create Organization** button is hidden. ### Request more organizations ### Open the request On the **Organizations** page, click **click here** in the usage line (it appears when you've reached your limit). If you try to create an organization while at the limit, the portal opens the same **Request More Organizations** page. ### Fill in the request In **Increase organization limit**: * **Requested total** — the total number of owned organizations you need (up to 20). * **Reason** — explain how the additional organizations will be used (20–2,000 characters). ### Send the request Click **Send request**. The usage line changes to **Request submitted** while the request waits for approval. When the request is decided, the Organizations page shows the result. If it's approved, your owned-organization limit increases. If it's rejected, your limit stays the same and the portal shows when you can apply again. ## Workspace limits | Resource | Default limit | Adjustable | | --------------------------- | ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- | | Workspaces per organization | 5 | Yes — contact [support@ibee.ai](mailto:support@ibee.ai) | Every new organization starts with three workspaces — **production**, **dev**, and **stage** — which count toward this limit. When the limit is reached, the Workspaces page shows a **contact support** link for more workspaces. ## Compute limits | Resource | Default limit | Adjustable | | ---------------------- | ------------- | ---------- | | Cloud VMs | 10 | Yes | | GPU VMs | 2 | Yes | | Bare Metal Servers | 5 | Yes | | Bare Metal GPU Servers | 2 | Yes | ## Block storage limits | Resource | Default limit | Adjustable | | ---------------------------- | ------------- | ---------- | | Block storage volumes | 20 | Yes | | Total block storage capacity | 10 TB | Yes | | Single volume max size | 2 TB | No | Block storage volumes can be attached to any virtual machine (Cloud VM or GPU VM) in the same location. Attach and detach volumes without downtime from the VM detail page or the Block Storage page. ## Object storage limits | Resource | Default limit | Adjustable | | ----------------------------- | ------------- | ---------- | | Buckets per workspace | 100 | Yes | | Total object storage capacity | 1 TB | Yes | ## Snapshots | Resource | Default limit | Adjustable | | ------------------------- | ------------- | ---------- | | Snapshots (VM and volume) | 50 | Yes | Snapshots capture the root disk and optionally all attached data volumes. Select **Root only**, **All attached**, or **Selective** when creating a snapshot. ## API and access limits | Resource | Default limit | Adjustable | | --------------------------- | ------------- | ---------- | | API tokens per organization | 10 | No | | SSH keys | 50 | No | ## Request a limit increase To raise an adjustable resource limit, open a Technical Support request: 1. Click **Support** in the top bar, then **Technical Support**. 2. Select the product the limit applies to (for example **Cloud VMs** or **Block Storage**), or **Others** for general limits. 3. In **Additional Details**, name the limit, the new value you need, and why. 4. Click **Submit Request**. See [Create a request](/docs/support/create-a-request) for the full form. > **Warning** > > Don't use the **Request increase** button on **Billing → Usage Limits** — it doesn't send a request to IBEE yet. Always request limit increases through a support request. The **Usage Limits** page lists the default limits only; it doesn't show your live usage. To own more organizations, use the [organization limit request](#request-more-organizations) instead. Enterprise customers receive higher default limits. Contact [sales@ibee.ai](mailto:sales@ibee.ai) for custom quota arrangements. ## Related pages * [Add billing](/docs/getting-started/account-setup/add-billing) * [Create an organization](/docs/getting-started/account-setup/create-an-organization) * [Create a support request](/docs/support/create-a-request) * [Block storage](/docs/infrastructure/block-storage) * [Object storage](/docs/infrastructure/object-storage) > Default resource limits for IBEE Solutions organizations.
