# Sign Up

> Create your IBEE Solutions account — register with your email, verify it, set a password, and log in to the portal.

Create your IBEE Solutions account in four steps: register your email, verify it, set a password, and log in. The process takes under five minutes.

## Before you begin

* A valid email address you can access within 24 hours

> If you already have an account, click **Log in** at the bottom of the signup form.

### 1. Register your email

Go to [portal.ibee.ai/signup](https://portal.ibee.ai/signup).

1. Enter your **Email** address.
2. Check **I agree to the Terms of Use**. The form also links to the Privacy Policy, which explains how IBEE uses your information.
3. Click **Sign up**.

The portal confirms that a verification link was sent to your email address.

### 2. Check your inbox

> **Warning**
>
> The verification link expires in **24 hours**. If you open an expired link, the portal shows a **Resend Verification Email** option, or a **Back to Sign Up** button if a new link can't be sent for that address.

Open the email from `noreply@ibee.ai` with the subject **Verify your email address**.

### 3. Verify your email and set a password

Click **Verify Email** in the email. The **Set Your Password** page opens with your account email already filled in.

1. Enter a **Password** that meets every rule below.
2. Re-enter the same value in **Confirm Password**.
3. Click **Set Password**.

| Password rule     | Requirement                                                |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Length            | 12–20 characters                                           |
| Uppercase         | At least one uppercase letter                              |
| Lowercase         | At least one lowercase letter                              |
| Number            | At least one number                                        |
| Special character | At least one special character (for example `!`, `@`, `#`) |

The form checks each rule as you type. After the password is saved, the portal returns you to the login page.

### 4. Log in

Go to [portal.ibee.ai](https://portal.ibee.ai).

1. Enter your **Email** and **Password**.
2. Complete the **Cloudflare** security check if it appears.
3. Click **Log in**.

If you have turned on [two-factor authentication](/docs/getting-started/account-setup/account-security#two-factor-authentication), the portal then asks for the 6-digit **2FA Code** from your authenticator app. Click **Verify & Log in**.

After your first login, you land on the **Organizations** page. It shows any pending invitations to join other organizations and a **Create New Organization** button. See [Create an organization](/docs/getting-started/account-setup/create-an-organization).

## Troubleshooting

**Verification email not received**
Check your spam folder. The sender is `noreply@ibee.ai`. If the email does not arrive after a few minutes, return to `portal.ibee.ai/signup` and sign up again with the same address.

**Verification link expired**
Open the expired link. Enter your email address under **Resend Verification Email** to get a new link. If that option isn't shown, click **Back to Sign Up** and register again with the same address.

**Password rejected**
Check every password rule in the table above. Passwords longer than 20 characters are not accepted, so a long passphrase pasted from a password manager can be rejected.

**Forgot your password**
Click **Forgot password?** on the login page. See [Account security](/docs/getting-started/account-setup/account-security#reset-a-forgotten-password).

**Security check not loading on login**
Disable browser extensions that block Cloudflare scripts and reload the page.
