# Restricted Countries

> IBEE Solutions does not offer services in certain countries due to U.S. export-control and trade-sanction regulations. Review the full list of restricted countries and the 26 countries where IBEE Solutions operates.

IBEE Solutions complies with U.S. Department of Commerce and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) trade and export-control regulations. As a result, services are **not available** in certain countries and territories.

When you create an organization, the portal detects your location automatically. If you are in a restricted country, a banner explains that services are unavailable in your region.

> Users located in restricted countries cannot create an IBEE Solutions organization or deploy resources. If your registered business is in a supported country, you can select that country manually during organization setup. For questions, contact [sales@ibee.ai](mailto:sales@ibee.ai).

## Restricted countries

The following 46 countries and territories are restricted under U.S. export-control and OFAC sanctions regulations:

## Why are these countries restricted?

IBEE Solutions is subject to U.S. trade and export-control laws, including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). These laws restrict the provision of cloud computing and infrastructure services to individuals and entities in sanctioned or embargoed countries and territories.

IBEE Solutions currently operates in the following 26 countries:

If your country is not listed above and is not restricted, you may still be able to use IBEE Solutions. Select a supported country where you have a registered business entity during organization creation, or [contact sales](mailto:sales@ibee.ai) to discuss availability in your region.
